    Shipping Information

    We currently ship throughout the United States and also offer international shipping.

    International orders may be subject to additional shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase or shipping price.

    Summer & Warm Weather Shipping Notice

    During warmer months, candles and wax products may soften or melt if exposed to high temperatures for extended periods. We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking information and bringing your package indoors promptly after delivery.

    Jas Wick Candles is not responsible for heat-related damage caused by packages left outdoors, unattended, or delayed after delivery confirmation.

    Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

    Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Jas Wick Candles is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

    If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

    Return Shipping
